Every Month the Command Staff meet to discuss the NCPC goals and strategies.  During this meeting, the commanders also discuss and nominate an Officer of the Month.  The officer of the month is nominated by the command staff through input from the front line supervisors, fellow officers and citizens.  That officer is honored with a letter of commendation and plaque at the City of Vinita Park monthly board meeting.  

Each officer that has received this award has shown their commitment to our credo “Community First”.  These elite officers have excelled in their duties and commitment to their oath of office.
